I had the absolute pleasure of speaking at the Empower Tactical Self-Defence workshop over the weekend and got to share my story. The special thing here was that this is something I shared when I spoke alongside the late, great Richard Norton almost a year to the date. We spoke about empowerment, knowing how to protect ourselves and now, one year on, with the resilience and fortitude I've built for myself, I am an empowered woman and releasing this book and being able to share it once again on this stage, has been incredible.
